New State Measures Aim at Storm Recovery

Gov. Bill Lee has signed Executive Order 111 to expand the Department of Transportation’s authority to clear local roads, helping linemen reach damaged infrastructure faster. 

The expanded powers last through March 7 and follow a previous state of emergency declaration.

The state also launched a hotline (1-844-483-6648) to connect residents with resources and assistance.
