Gov. Bill Lee signed the Education Freedom Act into law on Wednesday evening, marking a significant school choice win for Tennessee families and students.

The law, which takes effect immediately ahead of the 2025-2026 school year, grants families universal school choice regardless of income.

The $500 million program will provide 20,000 students with approximately $7,000 in public funds to cover private school tuition.

The bill passed the Tennessee House by a narrow 54-44 vote and was then approved by the Senate by a 20-13 vote. Watch a report here.

A section of Highway 30 near Kimsey Mountain Road was washed out due to heavy rainfall, forcing a closure in both directions, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office announced.

A photo shared by officials shows a large portion of the right-hand lane washed away in the 2300 block of Kimsey Mountain Highway, with a white pickup truck that appears to have slid off the road.

TDOT said the closure will be long-term. No injuries have been reported.

The former East Memphis home of music legend Johnny Cash is now on the market for $495,000.

Listed on Zillow, the three-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 5676 Walnut Grove Place was built in 1959 and has been recently renovated with a new roof and updated appliances.

Cash moved to Memphis in 1954, working as a vacuum cleaner salesman before recording his first song at Sun Studio on Union Avenue.

He later lived in other Memphis homes before settling in a lakefront property in Hendersonville, where he remained until his passing in 2003.

$2.1T in Untapped Potential – Time’s Running Out to Invest

After centuries of burning coal, most people still haven’t realized its true market value. Frontieras North America did… and their breakthrough patented technology unlocked at least 8 new and profitable ways to use coal—and a $2.1T opportunity in the markets.

The best part? Their technology is on the verge of unleashing a “Rockefeller moment” in the energy space… and you have less than one month to lock in the current share price.

It’s similar to when John D. Rockefeller commercialized oil refining technology. Even if this company captures just 2% of the global coal market, it has a clear roadmap to achieve a $1T valuation.

Their tech is simple: rather than burning coal and wasting trillions of dollars in resources locked within it, their process extracts those resources for the global commodities markets:

  • Diesel – $935B market

  • Jet fuel – $391B market

  • Naphtha – $249B market

  • Hydrogen – $242B market

  • Fertilizer – $212B market

  • Metallurgical coal – $147B market

  • And more

Their technology has already been validated by a successful operation in Texas, and they’re getting ready to open a new plant in West Virginia.

Don’t miss your chance to capitalize on this major breakthrough that will trigger the next “Rockefeller Moment” in the global energy space. Become a shareholder by March 13th.
