Answer: Around 440 miles. The Old Natchez Trace is a historic forest trail that stretches from Nashville all the way down to Natchez, Mississippi. Around 10,000 years old, it’s one of the oldest transportation routes in the United States. Southeastern native tribes were the first people to use the route for travel, trade, and hunting. Later, European and American explorers made use of the trace as well.
