Article Icon 1Abrego Garcia Lawyers Claim Fair Trial at Risk

Attorneys for Kilmar Abrego Garcia are accusing Department of Homeland Security Sec. Kristi Noem of undermining his right to a fair trial after a fiery press conference in Nashville last week.

Noem, speaking alongside federal agents, called Abrego Garcia a “monster” and declared the evidence “overwhelming.”

Defense lawyers allege her remarks violate federal court rules prohibiting prejudicial public statements and could taint a jury pool.

Abrego Garcia, previously deported, is now jailed in Tennessee on human smuggling charges and awaiting rulings in both criminal and civil cases.

An explosion and fire Tuesday morning leveled the Cocke County Highway Department garage, but no injuries were reported, authorities said.

The blaze broke out around 10:30 a.m. in a building full of flammable materials, including propane tanks and welding tools.

An evacuation followed, including a nearby Keurig Dr. Pepper plant, before the fire was controlled by early afternoon.

Mayor Rob Mathis called it a gut punch for a county still recovering from recent flooding, but praised emergency crews and vowed a strong recovery.

Coldplay’s Tuesday show in Nashville doubled as a heartfelt tribute and a conclusion to a recent viral moment.

Frontman Chris Martin dedicated the entire Nissan Stadium performance to Ozzy Osbourne, delivering a tear-jerking cover of Black Sabbath’s Changes in honor of the late rock icon.

Martin also lightheartedly warned fans that the band would revive its “Jumbotron Song” bit—carefully avoiding a repeat of the Boston mishap that exposed a sordid workplace affair.

What if you could reduce the appearance of wrinkles, smooth out cellulite, and promote stronger hair, skin, and nails by adding two simple scoops to your morning coffee?

It’s not just a dream. It’s what thousands of women over 40 are now experiencing thanks to Sculpt Nation’s Multi-Collagen Protein Powder—a 5-in-1 anti-aging blend made from premium sources of Types I, II, and III collagen, horsetail fern, and bamboo extract.

Collagen is your body’s natural building block for skin elasticity, hair strength, and joint health. But after age 30, collagen production plummets, leading to sagging skin, brittle nails, and thinning hair.

This unflavored formula makes it effortless to support your skin, joints, and hair from within. There are no pills or fancy treatments, just two scoops mixed into your favorite beverage, hot or cold. You won’t taste a thing, but you may start feeling the difference in as little as two weeks.

It’s the beauty ritual women are calling their daily glow-up.
