Article Icon 1Deported Man Seen in Traffic Stop Footage

State officials released 2022 body-camera footage from a Cookeville traffic stop involving Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a construction worker recently deported from Maryland to El Salvador.

The video shows Garcia’s exchange with state troopers, who pulled him over for speeding while transporting eight passengers. Tennessee Highway Patrol officers ultimately issued Garcia only a warning for an expired license.

Federal authorities referenced the stop in an April 2025 release, citing suspicions of human trafficking, though no arrests were made at the time.

An Oak Ridge contractor has increased the global supply of thorium-229, a rare isotope used in cutting-edge cancer treatments, by 15 times.

Isotek, responsible for disposing of the nation’s uranium-233 stockpile, extracted 15 grams of thorium-229—a 1,500% increase in the global supply, with just 1 gram available outside Oak Ridge.

Isotek expects to eventually produce 40 grams, giving researchers a major boost in clinical trials and treatment options.

Officials believe the milestone marks a breakthrough for both nuclear cleanup and medical innovation.

Japanese Water Soluble Plastic Has American Competition

Japan’s RIKEN Institute recently unveiled a plastic that dissolves in seawater within hours — a breakthrough in the fight against pollution. But Florida-based Timeplast may have quietly surpassed it.

With seven patents and a proprietary process called “molecular disintegration,” Timeplast’s plastics dissolve not just in seawater but also in freshwater, rain, humidity, and soil. Unlike traditional solutions, these materials leave no microplastics behind and maintain the strength of conventional plastics. Already used in 3D printing and flexible composites, Timeplast’s lineup is versatile and scalable.

They’re on a mission to revolutionize multiple industries:

  • Packaging

  • 3D Printing

  • Healthcare

  • Agriculture

  • Consumer Goods

  • Marine

  • Construction

  • Retail & Events

As you can see, the market potential is enormous ($1.3T in total). That’s just one reason why they’ve already attracted over 6,000 investors.

This is your opportunity to join Timeplast as they lead a plastic revolution with global implications. Become a Timeplast shareholder now.
