In-N-Out Burger is shifting its corporate headquarters from California to Franklin as part of its Southeast expansion.

Owner Lynsi Snyder cited California’s tough business climate and family concerns, including pandemic-era regulations, as key reasons for the move.

Snyder also pointed out crime concerns, including gunfire and stabbings at a now-closed Oakland location.

While most locations will stay in California, the company plans to centralize West Coast operations and open the new Tennessee HQ in 2026.

Department Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem visited Nashville Friday to spotlight U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement operations across Tennessee.

She cited nearly 2,700 arrests in the state since June 10, with over 80% involving individuals with criminal charges or convictions.

Nashville Mayor Freddie O’Connell defended local law enforcement’s cooperation with anti-crime efforts but denied contact with DHS.

Dozens more ICE agents are being sent to the area under President Trump’s latest immigration funding bill.

The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation announced it has over $22 million in grants to improve parks, trails, and recreation facilities across the state.

Funds from three programs—LPRF, TRIP, and RTP—will support more than 30 projects, from new playgrounds and pickleball courts to trail rehab and ADA upgrades.

Middle Tennessee communities, like Hendersonville, White Bluff, and Goodlettsville are among the biggest recipients.

Officials say the goal is to make outdoor recreation more accessible while strengthening local economies.

Trump’s Reset Can Give Birth To America’s Greatest Era Yet

In 1933, Executive Order 6102 forced everyday Americans to hand over their gold at a fixed rate.

Citizens lost a sizable amount of their hard-earned wealth at the stroke of FDR’s pen.

Now, 92 years later, President Trump has focused his energy on making things right.

His next move has the power to trigger a financial reset that could shift trillions of dollars into the hands of the people.

A provision buried in the U.S. Code Title 31, Section 5117 allows the U.S. Treasury to revalue America’s gold reserves from an outdated $42 per ounce to today’s market price.

That’s a 72x increase!
