Social media personality Dalton Eatherly, known online as Chud the Builder, is facing attempted murder charges after a shooting outside the Montgomery County Courthouse in Clarksville on Wednesday, just days after a separate arrest at a local restaurant.

Authorities said a fight between two men escalated into gunfire around 1:20 p.m., leaving both wounded. Eatherly was also charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and using a firearm in a dangerous felony.

One man was treated at Vanderbilt Clarksville Hospital, while the other was flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. Both are in stable condition.

Construction crews at Nashville’s new Nissan Stadium were sent home early Tuesday after a threat was reported at the project site.

Tennessee Builders Alliance said the area was immediately and safely cleared “out of an abundance of caution,” and Metro Nashville Police were called to investigate.

Police searched the site and later determined it was safe to reopen.

Officials said the full construction schedule resumed Thursday, though authorities have not released details about the nature of the threat or whether anyone is in custody.

Article Icon 1Heatwave Looms in Middle TN

Middle Tennessee could see its first heat wave of the year this weekend, with temperatures expected to top 90 degrees for at least three straight days.

Forecasters say rising humidity will make conditions feel even hotter and raise the risk of heat-related illnesses, especially for people working or spending long hours outside.

One meteorologist warned that high humidity slows the body’s ability to cool itself because sweat evaporates less efficiently.

Some researchers also say that increasingly warm average temperatures are shifting the frequency and intensity of humid heat events across the South.

Morgan Stanley Calls This a $9T Opportunity

If Morgan Stanley is right, the flying car industry will grow 185,850% by 2050. In fact, they say it will reach $9 trillion in size, more than twice as valuable as today’s global car market.

And 5,500+ investors believe Doroni will lead the charge.

While competitors chase air fleets and taxis, Doroni’s H1-X aircraft is designed for everyday life. It plugs in and charges like an EV, fits in a two-car garage, and requires just 25 hours of training to pilot.

Others are peddling blueprints and renderings. Meanwhile, Doroni just unveiled a full-scale showroom prototype in March. It was so impressive, FOX Business called it the “‘flying car’ set to revolutionize personal air travel.”

600+ people have already reserved one, good for $240M in potential revenue for Doroni. Now’s your chance to claim a piece of this growth as a Doroni investor today.
