Own The Flyover

Most People Miss This

We want to be very straightforward with The Flyover readers.

In the final days of an investment round, almost everyone is paying attention—but very few people are still able to act.

Just days ago, we announced there are 10 days left to invest in The Flyover. Today, that window is even smaller.

With roughly 15% of shares remaining, we are now in the final allocation phase of this round.

This is the part most people miss.

Not because they don’t believe in the company.
Not because they don’t support the mission.
But because they assume there will be more time.

There won’t be.

Once the remaining shares are allocated, this round closes—regardless of the calendar.
No extensions.
No reopening.
No second chance.

What makes this moment different isn’t persuasion—it’s availability.

The Flyover is already what most media startups never become:

  • Profitable
  • Growing rapidly
  • Trusted by millions of readers and viewers
  • Built without corporate sponsorship or political donors

That part isn’t theoretical. It’s already true.

What is still optional—for a very short time—is whether you are an owner as the next phase of growth happens.

We are actively expanding:

  • Into more states
  • Into deeper audio and video
  • Into products like texting and The Flyover app
  • Into a larger, more durable media company built for the long term

Those plans are being funded right now.

The only remaining question is who is still able to participate before this round closes.

If you’ve been waiting for a clearer signal—this is it.

Once they’re gone, there are no more shares in this offering.

President Trump approved an emergency declaration on Saturday to assist Tennessee’s response to a crippling winter storm hitting all 95 counties.

The move, requested by Gov. Bill Lee, unlocks federal support for life-saving efforts, equipment, and coordination as ice and freezing rain strain local resources.

Some regions could see over half an inch of ice, with frigid temps lingering into next week.

The declaration seeks to fast-track help while power outages and road dangers abound across the state.

Volunteer Jeep groups in communities such as Clarksville and Spring Hill assisted residents Saturday as freezing rain iced over roads.

The Clarksville Jeep Crew responded to more than 50 stranded drivers in just two hours, while Jeepers of Spring Hill transported essential workers to hospitals and emergency jobs.

Crews coordinated closely with police and worked through the night, urging the public to stay off roads unless necessary.

“We just want to do something nice and give back,” one organizer said. “We’re not out here trying to make money or anything else — we just want to help.”
