Sixteen people are confirmed dead after a massive explosion on Friday at Accurate Energetic Systems, an explosives plant in McEwen.

The blast leveled the facility and triggered an investigation involving the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, along with state emergency crews.

Authorities say the cause remains unknown, though AES called it a “tragic accident.”

Controlled detonations continue at the site as officials work slowly through dangerous debris, and the close-knit community is rallying with vigils, school support, and grassroots fundraisers.

The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga has approved a Turning Point USA chapter on campus, overriding a student government vote against it.

The group’s expansion comes just weeks after founder Charlie Kirk was assassinated on a Utah campus.

Lindsley Avenue Church of Christ in downtown Nashville is celebrating its 170th anniversary with a weekend of community-focused events, including a job fair for the homeless.

The congregation, housed in a 130-year-old building, has long served as a support hub for those in need, offering clothes, job help, and spiritual guidance.

Founded by David Lipscomb, the church still holds services in pews from 1894 and maintains its mission of outreach.

Digital Dollar 2.0 May Be Coming

On July 17, while the press chased shiny objects and Epstein headlines, the House passed the GENIUS Act.

According to Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, it’s a bill that contains “the entire setup, groundwork, and infrastructure to move from cash to digital currency.”

What appears to be “modernization” may actually be a transition to programmable money. In other words, a digital currency that could be controlled by the federal government.

When cash dies, access to your savings can become conditional.

That’s not theoretical. Ask Canada’s truckers what happened when their bank accounts were frozen.

This isn’t a currency debate. It’s a sovereignty crisis.

If they control your money, they control you.

You may be out of options, but there’s one move you could take:
